Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 June 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by Primecard, a brand of Truthful.ae, registered in the United Arab Emirates.

1. General Policy

Primecard offers digital products (vCards and platform features) and physical NFC cards. Due to the nature of these services, not all purchases are eligible for refunds. Please read the conditions below before making a purchase.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 1-month free trial for new users. During this period, you can evaluate our digital features before committing to a paid plan.

No refund is applicable after the trial ends and the first payment is made.

You are responsible for canceling before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue.

3. Digital Plans (Subscription & Lifetime)

Refunds are not offered for digital plans unless:

  • You were charged by mistake
  • You experienced a technical issue that we were unable to resolve

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@primecard.ae within 7 days of the original payment date.

Non-refundable cases include:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-usage of services
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • User error during sign-up or purchase

4. NFC Cards (Printed Products)

Since NFC cards are custom-printed, we do not offer refunds after the design is approved and the order is processed.

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • The card is not yet printed or shipped, and cancellation is requested in time
  • There is a printing error or defect caused by us
  • The item was lost in shipping (after investigation with the courier)

We do not refund for:

  • Design errors made by the user
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Delays due to customs or local courier issues

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@primecard.ae with the following:

  • Full name and email used in your account
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

Our support team will assess your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and denial of future service.

7. Changes to This Policy

Primecard reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
