How long is my PrimeCard site active?
Your digital business card remains active as long as your plan is valid.
Free Trial users get 1 month of access.
Annual and Lifetime plans remain active for the duration of the plan with full access and features.
You can renew, upgrade, or switch plans anytime.
Can I upload my own content or files?
Yes! You can upload:
- Profile images
- Product photos
- Service descriptions
- Videos via YouTube links
We don’t currently support file hosting (e.g., PDFs), but you can link to external files using custom buttons or links.
How can I migrate to another platform or domain?
You can easily export your data or redirect your PrimeCard to a custom domain you own. We support:
- Custom Domain Mapping (Pro and above)
- Data Export for contacts and card content.
Just contact our support team and we’ll assist with a smooth transition if needed.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. With a Professional or NFC plan, you can link your digital business card to a custom domain (e.g., yourname.com).
We’ll guide you through the domain setup process—no technical skills required.
How many digital cards can I create?
It depends on your plan:
- Starter Plan: 1 vCard
- Professional Plan: Up to 5 vCards
- Unlimited Plan: As many as you need.
Each card can be customized for different roles, brands, or team members.
